The comenius project is a work project between students and teachers of different europeen schools.

Our project involves 7 schools from 6 different countries : Tabasalu Gymnasium (Estonia), Publiczma Szkola Podstawa (Poland), Instituto Compressivo Bettola (Italy), Ecole Primaire de Dudelange (Luxembourg), Ecole Bradfer de Bar-Le-Duc (France), Grundschule Auf dem Fischerrück (Germany), Grundschule Mehlingen (Germany).

 

One of the two projects' theme is "The Four Seasons". This theme corresponds to the national programs of all the schools. They cover multiple domaines and can be approached via literature, poetry, visual arts, history, science, geography, and music.

During the first year, we study Winter and Summer.

During the second year, we study Spring and Autumn.

Our objective through this project is to work with new technologies :
Creating a web site: www.the4seasons.eu where you can keep informed of the various activities, encounters, Felix the Mascot's trips, Felix visits each participating school across Europe and brings back gifts from 6 different countries.
Editing a journal with articles from all the schools concerning the 4 Seasons. The journal will be available on the web site.

The different encounters made possible for teachers and students is another aspect of our project. These meetings allow teachers to exchange and improve their knowledge. The exchanges organised for the students have been full of experiences. They allow our students to experience a european dimension and to respect each other and their differences.

The ambition of this project is to encourage and privilege the learning of languages.
